It’s another sweltering night in July and the weekend has just begun. Everyone knows that a good Friday can predict an even better weekend waiting in the wings. If Saturday and Sunday are anything like tonight, then we’re off to a great start.
On this Friday the PULSE Art to Life team found themselves im-mersed in the quiet mix of downtown’s northside. The invite only cast party for Media for Health’s radio drama Staying Well in Camberwell attracted artists and innovators of varying interests and mediums. "It’s soon to be an award winning show," an-nounced director, Cheryl Hall, as she honored the cast and staff. The evening’s event added closure to the show’s first season, but the atmosphere clung to the hope of returning for even a sec-ond or third year.
Among those in attendance were the show’s writer, co-recipient of the Kleblan Award, Cheryl Davis (NY), cast member and inter-national actress/comedian, Emana Rachelle, along with the Me-dia for Health staff and its supporters.
Although we can’t disclose just how juicy the storyline gets, we guarantee the plot will peak your appetite and some heavy dis-cussion. Don’t just take our word for it; tune in to Staying Well in Camberwell Thursdays at 2 p.m. on Cox Radio’s WAGG 610AM. Remember to follow the drama as it joins the 98.7 KISS-FM line-up.  http://www.camberwellstories.org/>
